Check off a lesson
Checking work off is how Margin knows what you have really done, and it is what your day count is built from.
The steps
- Click the circle on the left of a lesson, right there in the month grid.
- The lesson fades and the circle fills in.
- To check several things off at once, click the day and check the boxes down the sheet.
- Click the circle again to undo it.
Check off a lesson. No sound. The words are on the screen.
What to know
A grade box appears on a line as soon as you check it, and it takes either form: 18/20 or 90. Leave it empty if this one does not get a grade.
One checked lesson is enough for the day to count toward that child's attendance. You do not have to finish everything.
Margin never checks anything off for you. A lesson you skipped stays unchecked until you say otherwise, which is what lets Margin put it somewhere else later.
