Help › Your calendar

See how many days you have done

The box above the calendar holds two different numbers. One is how many days your year has room for, and one is how many days each child has actually done.

The steps

  1. Read the line at the top right. It says how many days your year reaches and whether that clears the number your state asks for.
  2. Read the bar under each child's name. That is the days she has done so far.
  3. Press a child's row to see the list of her days.
  4. Press Details for what those days were made of and for everything else Margin counts.

See how many days you have done. No sound. The words are on the screen.

What to know

The line at the top is about the shape of your year, not your progress. It counts every school day between your first and last day, plus the field trip days and sick days you set aside.
A child's bar is her attendance. A day counts for her when she did bookwork, went to co-op, or was on a field trip that included her.
A dot beside Details means something will not finish before your last day. Open the drawer and Margin names the subject.

On a phone

On a phone the box folds into one line under the month. Tap the line and the whole thing comes up from the bottom.
