Pick which days a chore happens
Not every job is a daily job. Switch How often to Some days and check the days you want.
The steps
- On the Chores tab, open How often.
- Choose Some days.
- Check the days you want under Which days. Monday through Friday are checked already.
- Finish the rest of the chore and press + Add chore.

What to know
The chart only draws a circle on the days a chore is due. An empty square means there is nothing to do.
Margin shortens the days under the chore's name in the list below the chart. Monday through Friday reads Weekdays, and all seven days read Every day.
You have to pick at least one day. Margin asks you again if you check none of them.
The days are fixed once the chore is added. To change them, remove the chore and add it again with the days you want.
There is no weekly chore in Margin. A child needs something to check off on the day she does the job.
