Put picture day on the co-op's calendar
Add it under the child's own co-op calendar. It shows on the day and costs the school day nothing.
The steps
- Press the Co-op & Recurring tab.
- Open Co-op settings.
- Find What else is on this child's co-op calendar in that child's block.
- Pick the Date, and press + more days for a range.
- Type what it is under What is it.
- Press Add.

What to know
These cost the school day nothing at all. Those hours already belong to the co-op, so picture day is free.
There is no box to check beside one, because there is nothing to answer.
A field trip is the other thing. That one is a day you spend out, and it counts toward your required days.
Each child has their own list, the way the term and the break weeks do.
A pasted co-op calendar offers to fill this list for you.
