Set aside trip days you have not picked yet
Type how many days you expect to take. They count toward your required days without landing on any particular day.
The steps
- Press the Field Trips & Activities tab.
- Open Days you'll take but haven't picked yet.
- Type how many days you expect to take.
Set aside trip days you have not picked yet. No sound. The words are on the screen.
What to know
Nothing lands on your calendar, because no day has been picked.
Adding a real trip later does not take one of these away, so lower the number as you name them. Otherwise your total runs ahead of your year.
These days count toward your required days from the moment you type the number.
