Print a report card
Turn grades on in setup first. Then Print a report card appears on the Report tab.
The steps
- Press the Setup tab and turn grades on under Report cards.
- Press the Report tab.
- Open Print a report card.
- Pick Who.
- Press Print / Save as PDF.
Print a report card. No sound. The words are on the screen.
What to know
There is a Covering box as well, and it only appears when you keep terms. A family who does not sees Who on its own.
The whole panel is hidden until grades are on. A family who keeps no grades is never shown a door marked report card.
It is one page for each child, with the subjects down the side and the grade beside each one.
The grade comes from the work you graded during the year. Margin does not invent one.
The saved PDF is named after the child and the term.
