Print one child's record on its own
Change Who to that child. Everything on the page becomes theirs alone.
The steps
- Press the Report tab.
- Open Print the record.
- Change Who to the child you want.
- Press Print / Save as PDF.
Print one child's record on its own. No sound. The words are on the screen.
What to know
The page on screen changes as soon as you pick, so you can read it before you print it.
Save as PDF names the file after that child, so two records never get mixed up.
An association that asks for one child at a time wants this rather than the family copy.
