Save it as a PDF instead of printing it
Press the same button and choose Save as PDF in your browser's print window.
The steps
- Press Print / Save as PDF, or Print in the chooser.
- Your browser opens its print window.
- Where it asks which printer, choose Save as PDF.
- Press Save and pick where it goes.

What to know
Margin names the file for you. A record for one child is saved under that child's name and the dates it covers.
There is no separate save button, because every browser already has one inside its print window.
An association that wants a file by email wants this.
On a phone
On a phone the print window is the share sheet, and Save to Files does the same job.
