Help › Reports and records

Read your record

Press the Report tab and your whole record is already drawn underneath the Printing card. You can read it before you print a single page.

The steps

  1. Press the Report tab.
  2. Scroll past Your school year and Printing.
  3. Read Family summary first. It counts the days, the lessons, the hours, the field trips and the books for the whole household.
  4. Keep scrolling. Each child has their own set of headings underneath, starting with their name and their grade.

Read your record. No sound. The words are on the screen.

What to know

A child's headings run in the same order every time: Attendance, Subjects, Books read, Co-op and activities, Field trips and Holidays and breaks.
A heading with nothing under it is left off the page. On a record an association reads, an empty heading looks like a subject you skipped.
Nothing on the record is typed in by hand. Every line comes from a lesson, a book or a day you checked off.
Changing Who or Covering inside Print the record changes the page on screen too, so you can narrow what you are reading.
