Add your co-op
Anything on the same day every week that takes real hours out of it. The bookwork on those days fits around it, child by child.
Add your co-op. No sound. The words are on the screen.
The steps
- On Co-op and repeating activities, press Yes under Do you have a co-op?.
- Check each child who goes, tap their days, and set From and To. Children can go on different days and for different hours.
- Add Where it meets if you want it on the day.
- Leave Co-op takes the whole day checked if there is no bookwork on a co-op day. Uncheck it and Margin uses whatever time is really free around it.
- Press Continue.
What to know
Co-op comes before field trips on purpose. Put the weekly thing in here and you will not end up typing every park day in by hand.
This step is for anything that repeats, not only a co-op. Piano on Thursdays, swim team, a sport. If it eats real hours every week, it belongs here.
Change a day, an hour, or when something starts and stops, and the rest of the year spreads out around it.
