Choose what a second parent can do
There are three choices. They can only look, they can change the calendar, or they can have full access. Change it any time from the same card.
The steps
- Press the Setup tab and find Add a second parent.
- Use the dropdown beside their name.
- Pick Can only look, Can change the calendar or Full access.
- They see the change the next time they open Margin.
Choose what a second parent can do. No sound. The words are on the screen.
What to know
Can only look means they can see everything and print it, and change nothing.
Can change the calendar lets them check things off, move lessons, and add field trips and days off. The setup stays yours.
Full access is everything you can do except building the plan and inviting people.
Can change the calendar is what a new invite starts on, because it is what a co-parent usually wants.
