Connect your Google Calendar
Press Connect Google Calendar on your account page. Margin makes its own calendar inside your Google account and puts your year on it.
The steps
- Press Your account at the bottom of the planner.
- Find Google Calendar.
- Read the paragraph above the button, so you know what Margin can see.
- Press Connect Google Calendar.
- Say yes on Google's own screen, and Google sends you back to Margin.
Connect your Google Calendar. No sound. The words are on the screen.
What to know
Margin makes a calendar called Margin inside your Google account. It can see and change that one calendar and nothing else. Not your work calendar, not your family's, not your children's.
Small changes you make on your Google Calendar stay there. They never change your plan in Margin.
This is a different thing from Add to Google or iCal on the Setup tab. That one hands you an address any calendar can read. This one writes into Google for you.
Connected and Last checked appear once it is on, so you can see it is still working.
