Replace the card you pay with
Press Replace card on your account page. Stripe's own page opens, and you put the new card in there.
The steps
- Press Your account at the bottom of the planner.
- Find Subscription.
- Press Replace card.
- Type the new card into the page that opens and save it.
Replace the card you pay with. No sound. The words are on the screen.
What to know
The page that opens belongs to Stripe. Margin never sees your card number and never holds it.
Margin says Card replaced. on your account page when you come back, so you know it took.
Do this before a card expires rather than after. A failed payment pauses your planning until it is fixed.
