Say what happens to work you missed
When the day has gone by and work sat on it, Margin offers you three ways to handle it and you pick one.
The steps
- Press the Days Off tab and take the day off as usual.
- Margin lists the lessons that sat on that day.
- Pick Use a sick day to shift everything along and still count the day.
- Pick Catch the work up to absorb those lessons into the days around them.
- Pick Just take the day to let the whole year slide along without spending a sick day.
Say what happens to work you missed. No sound. The words are on the screen.
What to know
You only see this when the day has already gone by and something on it was never checked off. A day still ahead of you is laid around quietly.
No lesson is ever lost. Margin builds the year again from your curriculum, so a day you skip pushes the rest along.
Catch the work up hands you the usual four choices after it: soonest, spread out, barely noticed, or add days.
Use a sick day is grayed out when you have fewer left than the break needs. Raise the number on this same tab and it comes back.
