Say who plays what instrument
Open Instruments on the Setup tab and pick an instrument for each child who plays one. Each one gets its own line to log time on.
The steps
- Press the Setup tab.
- Open Instruments under School year.
- Pick an instrument from the list beside a child's name.
- Pick again from Add another instrument for a child who plays two.
Say who plays what instrument. No sound. The words are on the screen.
What to know
A child who plays two instruments gets two lines when you log practice, and each one keeps its own total for the year.
Other is at the end of the list for anything Margin does not name. Type what it is called and it joins that child's chips.
Sports is the next drawer down and works exactly the same way.
Press the ✕ on a chip to take an instrument off. The hours you already logged stay on the record.
