Carry memory work into next year
When you complete your year, Margin asks whether to carry anything that was never mastered. Say yes and it waits in next year's list.
The steps
- Press the Report tab and press Complete my school year.
- Confirm the year itself first.
- Margin then says how many memory work items were never mastered.
- Press OK to carry them over, or Cancel to leave them behind.
What to know
Only the unmastered pieces come across, and they arrive with no mastery marks on them. Everything you earned stays in the year you earned it in.
The categories those pieces belong to come too, and they start again from the first week of your new year.
A family who mastered everything is never asked, because there is nothing to carry.
Saying no throws nothing away. The old year keeps its memory work, and you can still read and print it.
