Add your curriculum

One row per book per child. Search for the book and the lesson count fills itself in.

Add your curriculum. No sound. The words are on the screen.

The steps

  1. On What are you using?, pick the Child and the Subject.
  2. Type the book in Curriculum and pick it from the list. Lessons fills in for you.
  3. Set Min — how long one lesson takes.
  4. Leave Starting at at 1 for a new book. Put in the lesson you are starting on if you are partway through.
  5. Tap the days you do this subject.
  6. Press + Add this subject, and do the next one.
  7. Press Continue.

What to know

Cannot find your book? Pick + Add a curriculum that isn't listed from the list, name it exactly as it is printed, and take the lesson count from the front of the teacher's book. It is saved for you and added to the shared library, so the next family who uses it gets the count filled in.
If you fall behind, can we double this up? is only about catching up. The year is always laid out one lesson a day, in order, never doubled.
Margin needs at least one subject before it will let you past this step.

On a phone

The curriculum table is wide. It works on a phone, but this is the one step that is genuinely easier on a laptop.
