The steps
- On What does a normal week look like?, tap the days you do school.
- Set Longest a day should be in minutes.
- Set Hours school could happen in — the outside edges of your day, not when you sit down.
- Press Continue.
What to know
Nothing ever pushes a day past the minutes you set here, not even catching up. A bad week spreads forward instead of piling onto Friday.
The hours are what let Margin tell school time from the rest of the day. A four o'clock tennis practice counts as after school, and a one o'clock field trip still leaves you the morning.
Change any of this later on the Setup tab.
