Put bookwork on your calendar
Check Bookwork and each school day becomes one all-day entry listing that day's subjects. It carries no lesson numbers.
The steps
- Press the Setup tab and open Add to Google or iCal.
- Find Bookwork under What kinds of thing sync.
- Check it.
- Read the note that appears underneath before you leave the page.
Put bookwork on your calendar. No sound. The words are on the screen.
What to know
It is off to begin with on purpose. Your schoolwork is the part of your year that nobody else needs a copy of.
One all-day entry a day, listing the subjects for each child. There are no lesson numbers on it and no record of what was done.
Your calendar company keeps whatever it is sent. Margin says so where the switch is rather than in a policy nobody reads.
Turning it off again removes the entries the next time your calendar checks.
