Check off an assignment
The checkbox is the finish line. Check it when the work is handed in and the daily reminder stops.
The steps
- Press the Assignments tab.
- Press the checkbox at the start of the assignment's row.
- Press it again to take the check back off.

What to know
A check is the only thing that finishes an assignment. A grade used to do it, which forced a number onto a book report nobody grades.
You can check it off from inside a day as well. Open the day on The Year and the assignment is there with a box beside it.
Margin writes down the day you checked it. Work with no due date has no other date, and the Report needs one to know where it belongs.
Checked work stops showing on the days ahead of it. It still shows on its own due day, because that day is part of your record.
